Working principle
Rotary drum screen is composed of motor, reduction gear, roller device, frame, cover gasket, inlet and outlet. Roller device installed aslant on the frame. Motor with the reduction gear connect with roller device by shaft coupling, driving the roller device moving around the axis of rotation. When the materials enter the roller device, due to tilt and turn of the roller device, making the material on the surface of the screen to flipping and rolling, then the qualified materials discharge through the sieve cloth on the Rotary drum screen, while the unqualified material discharged by the end of the Rotary drum screen. As the flipping and rolling of the material inside the drum, the materials in the mesh can be flapped out, by this way can prevent the mesh blocking.
