The 450 filter is a small-to-medium-sized solid-liquid separation equipment designed with a core filter component of φ450mm specification. It is widely used in liquid clarification, impurity removal and material recovery processes in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, electroplating, and environmental water treatment.
Integrating the core technologies of pressure filtration or vacuum filtration, the equipment is equipped with special filter plates, filter cloths or filter elements as separation media. Driven by pressure difference or vacuum suction, the liquid in the feed passes through the filter media while solid particles are trapped, thus achieving efficient solid-liquid separation. With a compact structure and simple operation process, it can either run independently as a single unit or be integrated into automated production lines, making it especially suitable for the refined filtration of small-to-medium batches of liquid.

Designed for small-to-medium batches of liquid, its filtration precision can be adjusted according to requirements. It is suitable for liquids with different viscosities and impurity contents, and the filtered liquid has high clarity.
The whole machine is small in size and does not require a large installation foundation. It is particularly suitable for production scenarios with limited workshop space, facilitating layout and movement.
