Different from traditional vibrating screens, the high-frequency screen is equipped with a high-frequency vibration motor as the core power source. The high-frequency vibration generated by the motor can make the fine particles on the screen surface produce rapid jumping movement, which accelerates the stratification of materials and the passing of undersize particles, thus realizing efficient classification of materials. It is especially suitable for the screening of fine-grained materials with particle size below 10mm, and has significant advantages in improving product quality and reducing energy consumption.

High screening efficiency

The high-frequency and low-amplitude vibration mode can effectively overcome the phenomenon of material blocking the screen holes. Fine particles can quickly pass through the screen surface, and the screening efficiency can reach more than 95%, which is much higher than that of traditional vibrating screens.

The equipment can accurately separate materials according to the preset particle size range, which helps to improve the uniformity of product particle size.
