Equipment Introduction
The plastic vibrating screen is a light-duty screening device with engineering plastics as the main body material, and its core component, the screen mesh, can be matched with stainless steel. It is widely used in industries such as food processing, pharmaceutical raw material screening, chemical powder classification, and feed production that require equipment corrosion resistance or need to avoid metal contamination.
Powered by a vibration motor, this equipment uses the exciting force generated by unbalanced counterweights at both ends of the motor to drive the screen body to perform directional reciprocating vibration. This causes materials to make parabolic movements on the screen surface and be screened layer by layer. According to screening requirements, 1–3 layers of screen meshes can be configured to achieve classification, impurity removal or filtration of materials with different particle sizes.
A single machine can complete material separation of various specifications, suitable for small to medium batch material processing scenarios.
Core Characteristics
The machine body is made of engineering plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene, which are resistant to acid, alkali and salt spray corrosion. It is suitable for screening various corrosive materials and has a longer service life than ordinary metal vibrating screens.
No risk of metal contamination
The plastic machine body has no metal precipitation in contact with materials, meeting the strict requirements for material purity in food, pharmaceutical, fine chemical and other industries, and avoiding metal impurities from mixing into products.
Lightweight design & easy installation
The whole machine is light in weight, does not require a complicated fixed foundation, can be directly placed on the workshop platform for use, and is also easy to move and replace the operation site, adapting to flexible production layouts.
High screening accuracy & stable efficiency
The vibration frequency and amplitude can be flexibly adjusted by changing the angle of the counterweight, which can accurately control the movement track of materials on the screen surface, effectively avoid screen clogging, and the screening accuracy can reach more than 90%.
Low operating noise & low maintenance cost
The plastic material has a certain shock absorption and noise reduction effect, and the noise during operation is lower than that of metal vibrating screens; the wearing parts are only the screen mesh and the vibration motor bearings, which are easy to replace and the daily maintenance cost is low.
