Feature
Driven by dual vibrating motors, materials move in a uniform linear reciprocating motion on the screen surface with a stable screening path. It effectively avoids mixing of particles of different sizes, enabling accurate separation of materials with various particle diameters and is suitable for fine classification requirements.
It has high screen surface utilization rate, ensuring uniform distribution of materials. The movement speed can be controlled by adjusting the exciting force, which enables rapid completion of screening operations. Its hourly processing capacity is better than that of circular vibrating screens of the same specification.
The whole machine consists of a screen box, vibrating motors, supporting springs and a frame, with few parts and a compact layout. The only wearing parts are the screen mesh and vibrating motor bearings, which are easy to disassemble and replace with low maintenance costs.
By replacing screen meshes of different meshes, it can meet the screening requirements of different materials (such as powder, granules and slurry). The inclination angle of the screen surface can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to both dry and wet screening conditions. It is widely used in mining, food, chemical, building materials and other industries.
The dual motors operate synchronously and reversely, generating balanced exciting forces, which ensures stable amplitude without obvious shaking during operation. Rubber springs are adopted for shock absorption, which can effectively reduce the noise generated by the equipment and the impact on the foundation.
