The device takes standard sieve frames as its core components. The sieve mesh apertures strictly comply with relevant international or national standards (such as ISO, ASTM, GB/T). It is usually used in combination with multiple stacked layers and matched with a sieve shaker. Under the action of external vibration force, materials pass through sieve meshes of different apertures from top to bottom in sequence, and are separated into components of multiple particle size ranges. Finally, the particle size distribution of materials is accurately analyzed by weighing the mass of materials on each layer of sieve. The sieve frames of test sieves are mostly made of stainless steel or brass, and the sieve meshes are metal wire woven meshes, which can meet the testing needs of different materials.
