Electric Vacuum Feeding Machine

Driven by electric vacuum pumps, it generates stable and high-intensity negative pressure, enabling long-distance and large-lift conveying (horizontal conveying distance can reach tens of meters, vertical lift can reach several meters). It is suitable for material transfer between different floors or distant workshops in production lines.

Compared with pneumatic vacuum feeders that rely on compressed air, electric vacuum feeders have lower energy consumption during continuous operation, especially in scenarios with high daily working hours, which can significantly reduce the long-term operation cost of enterprises.

Equipped with intelligent control systems (such as frequency converters and PLC), it can precisely adjust parameters like vacuum degree, feeding speed and conveying capacity according to material characteristics and production needs, ensuring stable and uniform material feeding, and avoiding overloading or underfeeding.

The entire conveying process is carried out in a closed pipeline system, which completely isolates materials from the external environment. This not only prevents dust leakage and workshop pollution, but also avoids material contamination by impurities, meeting the strict hygiene standards of the pharmaceutical and food industries.

It can handle various materials, including ultra-fine powders (e.g., milk powder, medicinal powder), granular materials (e.g., plastic particles, cereal grains) and materials with poor fluidity. By replacing filters and suction nozzles of different specifications, it can adapt to the conveying requirements of materials with different particle sizes and properties.

Its main components include an electric vacuum pump, a conveying pipeline, a hopper, a filter and a control cabinet, with a relatively simple structure and few wearing parts. Daily maintenance only involves regular cleaning of the filter, inspection of pipeline tightness and lubrication of the pump, requiring no professional maintenance skills.

It has a modular design, with compact and lightweight components, which can be flexibly installed in various forms such as vertical, horizontal and inclined. It does not occupy too much workshop space, and is easy to integrate with existing production equipment.
