The XC800 three-layer vibrating sieve is a practical multi-grade screening machine widely used for fine material classification. Different from single-layer and double-layer screens that only complete simple impurity removal and rough grading, this 3-layer model is designed specifically for users who need to obtain multiple particle sizes from one batch of material.

With three screen decks and four independent discharge outlets, the machine can separate four different particle sizes in one single screening process. It avoids repeated screening and greatly improves production efficiency for fine grading work. The whole machine runs with stable 3D rotary vibration, making materials disperse evenly on the screen surface without dead corners or material accumulation.

The rotary vibrating screen relies on the vertical vibration motor to generate three-dimensional circular vibration force. By adjusting the upper and lower eccentric weights of the motor, the vibration amplitude and trajectory can be controlled accurately. After materials are fed from the top feeding port, they move in circular, radial and axial directions on the screen surface. Under continuous vibration, materials smaller than the screen mesh penetrate the screen layer by layer, and materials of different particle sizes are discharged from corresponding discharge outlets respectively, finally completing automatic grading and separation.
