The vibration frequency and amplitude can be precisely controlled by adjusting the current and voltage of the electromagnetic vibrator, realizing stepless speed regulation feeding of materials to meet the quantitative batching requirements of different production lines.
The whole machine has no rotating parts, mainly composed of feeding trough, electromagnetic vibrator, elastic elements and base, with low failure rate; daily maintenance only needs to check the wear of elastic elements and the insulation performance of coils, with convenient operation.
Driven by electromagnetic vibration, it does not need transmission mechanisms such as motors and reducers, and its energy consumption is much lower than that of mechanical transmission feeders; the vibration frequency is stable, the operation noise is low, improving the workshop working environment.
It can convey materials in various forms such as granular, powdery and blocky. The trough material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, wear-resistant rubber, etc., adapting to special working conditions such as corrosion, high temperature and abrasion.
With fast response speed, it can quickly realize start, stop and speed regulation, and can be linked with PLC control system to meet the linkage control requirements of automatic production lines.
