ZKL450‑7.5/200 Straight‑Cylinder Continuous Vacuum Feeder

ZKL450‑7.5/200 straight cylinder continuous vacuum feeder is a pneumatic conveying machine designed for continuous automatic transfer of powder and granular materials. Different from the large‑belly large‑capacity version, this straight‑tank type features vertical cylindrical compact structure, takes less floor space, suits production sites with limited installation height space while achieving 1000‑3000 kg/h conveying capacity (flour test condition: 2 m lifting height, 3 m horizontal distance).

 

 

 

The 7.5 KW 2GH820 vortex blower generates negative pressure inside the whole conveying pipeline. Raw materials are sucked through Φ63 PVC steel‑wire suction hose into the vertical straight‑cylinder separation tank. Inside the tank body, material velocity drops sharply, solid powders fall down to the cone hopper under gravity effect. Air stream passes through filter cartridges where fine powders are trapped, and clean air flows toward vortex blower through Φ76 negative‑pressure hose.

DC24V pulse valve periodically triggers compressed‑air back‑blow through Φ108×500 backflush air manifold. The reverse air flow blows powder residues sticking on filter cartridge surface down to hopper area, to prevent filter clogging. AFR2000 steam separator ensures clean and dry back‑blow compressed air to protect filter elements. Note for air supply parameter: minimum air supply (excluding bin vibrator): (120+20) L/min, under premise of 0.6 MPa gas pressure and 15‑second back‑blow interval.

At the bottom position of straight tank, XF200 (1.1 kW) GF200 airlock fan (DN200) runs continuously. Rotating vanes discharge collected materials outwards while sealing internal vacuum pressure, so suction negative pressure will not leak out during discharging procedure. GT8 silo vibrator (gas consumption 112 L/min) assists material flow and prevents powder bridging. TD100 (DN25‑24V) level gauge detects material height inside tank, feeds signal back to control system to realize fully automatic suction‑and‑discharge cycle.

This straight‑cylinder continuous vacuum feeder fits food additive powder, pharmaceutical raw powder, plastic compound powder, fine chemical powder and similar bulk materials. Compared with large‑capacity belly‑shaped model, straight‑cylinder structure is slimmer, easier for installation beside reactors, mixers and extruders with narrow space. Closed negative‑pressure conveying avoids powder flying, improves workshop environment. The whole process runs automatically after setup, operators only need to do regular inspection.
