The QVC series pneumatic vacuum feeder features a modular split design, reducing daily maintenance difficulty and downtime loss. Regular inspection and standardized cleaning of core components (filter elements, backflush systems, discharge cylinders, control boxes) can extend the machine's total service life to 8–10 years, while improper operation leads to filter clogging, air leakage and unstable conveying capacity within months. This guide breaks down maintenance cycles, operation taboos and component replacement standards for QVC-1, QVC-2 and QVC-3's shared and differentiated parts.
1. Stainless Steel Filter Element (Most Consumable Core Part)
Differentiated Maintenance Cycle by Model
QVC-1 (Φ40×100 small filter): Weekly compressed air reverse blowing cleaning; full disassembly deep wash every 30 operating days, replace every 6 months under normal low-dust working conditions.
QVC-2 (Φ60×200 medium filter): Bi-weekly backflush cleaning; soak cleaning every 45 days, service life 8 months.
QVC-3 (Φ60×300 long filter): Monthly surface dust removal, deep cleaning every 60 days, longer service life up to 12 months due to larger filtration area and pre-separation buffer bin reducing dust load.
Cleaning & Replacement Standard
Offline cleaning steps: Remove filter via quick-clamp flange, blow dust with 0.4 Mpa compressed air from the clean air side, soak in clean water (food-grade raw materials can add neutral detergent), rinse thoroughly and fully air-dry before reinstallation (forbid wet filter installation to cause powder agglomeration).

3. CRB2BW30-90SZ Blade Oscillating Discharge Cylinder & Silicone Seals
Cylinder maintenance: The swing cylinder is a fully pneumatic component without lubricating oil requirements; only check the connecting shaft for powder accumulation every two weeks, wipe clean to avoid shaft jamming leading to incomplete gate closure and vacuum leakage.
Sealing ring maintenance: The multi-layer silicone sealing strip at the discharge gate is a wearing part. Inspect for hardening, cracking or powder residue buildup every month; replace once gaps cause vacuum loss and reduced hourly output. Service life of food-grade silicone seals is approximately 8 months.
4. 304 Stainless Steel Hopper & Pipeline
Daily cleaning: After production batch switching, disassemble quick-clamp flanges and rinse the hopper inner wall with clean water to eliminate residual cross-contaminated materials; mirror polishing surface prevents material adhesion, avoiding long-term residue hardening.
Pipeline maintenance: Φ25/Φ38 PVC steel wire suction hoses should be inspected weekly for cracks, pinholes or static powder adhesion; replace hoses with air leakage immediately, as negative pressure loss drastically cuts conveying efficiency.
Anti-corrosion tip: For acidic raw material production lines, wipe the hopper inner wall with neutral cleaning liquid after each shift to prevent long-term acid oxidation corrosion of stainless steel.
5. Intelligent Control Box Electrical Components
Equipped with Taiwan Mean Well switching power supply and Chint electrical parts for all models:
Weekly inspection: Wipe the control box surface dust, ensure cabinet door is fully closed to prevent fine powder infiltration causing short circuits.
Monthly inspection: Check wiring terminals for loose wires, confirm no abnormal heat generation during machine operation.
Power supply service life: Mean Well switching power supply can run stably for 3–5 years; replace if the display screen flickers or the machine randomly stops feeding due to unstable voltage output.
6. Universal Safe Operation Rules for All QVC Models
Keep factory compressed air pressure strictly within 0.6–0.8 Mpa; pressure below 0.6 Mpa leads to insufficient vacuum suction, while pressure over 0.8 Mpa damages backflush air bags and cylinder seals.
Complete all disassembly cleaning work after cutting off the air source and power supply to avoid accidental machine startup during maintenance.
Do not convey damp, clumpy materials that cannot flow freely, which easily block suction pipelines and overload filter elements.
Long-term shutdown (over 7 days): Fully clean all hoppers and filter elements, dry completely, close the air source and power switch, and cover the machine with dust-proof cloth.
