1. Conveying Capacity & Production Scale Matching Logic

The core selection benchmark is hourly output demand, calibrated with flour as the standard test material (3m vertical height, 2m horizontal transfer). Actual throughput will decline when conveying high-density, sticky or ultra-fine powders, or extending conveying distances.

QVC-1 (100–350 kg/h): Small batch, laboratory and pilot production exclusive model. Low air consumption (only 180 L/min) matches small workshop air compressors without air source upgrades. Its horizontal ultra-compact Φ140×490 structure fits narrow overhead gaps above tablet presses, capsule filling machines, mini mixers and single-station packaging lines. Suitable for daily output below 5 tons, formula trial workshops and small-batch cosmetic powder batching. Limitation: narrow Φ25 hose prone to blockage with coarse particles or agglomerated powder, not recommended for high-viscosity raw materials.

QVC-2 (350–700 kg/h): Universal mid-tier model for standardized medium-volume factories. Vertical conical silo eliminates powder bridging caused by flat horizontal surfaces, Φ38 thick suction hose greatly reduces pipeline clogging risks. Equipped with air bag-assisted backflush to handle continuous 8-hour production shifts without frequent shutdown filter cleaning. Target scenarios: starch, spice powder, general plastic masterbatch, medium-speed food filling lines, pharmaceutical auxiliary material batching workshops with daily output 5–15 tons. Balances floor space and conveying efficiency, the most cost-effective choice for most medium-sized manufacturers.

QVC-3 (700–1000 kg/h): Heavy-duty mass production equipment for 24-hour non-stop shift operation. Segmented pre-separation bin intercepts large particles before they reach the filter zone, lowering filter abrasion and extending filter replacement cycles by over 40% versus QVC-3's smaller counterpart. Six ultra-long filters expand total filtration area to sustain high flow suction. Ideal for large extruder clusters, high-speed bulk packaging lines, flour processing plants and new energy powder raw material workshops with daily output over 15 tons. Larger air demand (720 L/min) requires industrial air storage tanks for stable pressure supply.

2. Material Physical Property Matching Rules

2.1 Fine Low-Density Powder (Milk powder, talcum powder, flour)

All three models are applicable; QVC-1 for lab micro-batches, QVC-2/QVC-3 for mass production. Prioritize stainless fine-mesh filter elements to prevent ultra-fine dust penetrating pneumatic components and causing valve failure.

2. Slightly Agglomerated Sticky Powder (Cocoa powder, pigment compound, modified starch)

Avoid QVC-1 horizontal design where material adheres to flat flanges; vertical QVC-2/QVC-3 conical hoppers rely on natural gravity blanking to eliminate residual bridging. Air bag pulse backflush is mandatory to clear compacted powder cake on filter surfaces.

Plastic & Chemical Granules (PP/PE pellets, crystal particles)

QVC-2 and QVC-3's Φ38 pipeline drastically reduces blockage risk compared to QVC-1's narrow Φ25 hose; hard granular materials also wear QVC-1 small filters faster, raising long-term consumable replacement costs.

Explosive / Static-Sensitive Raw Materials (Carbon black, toner, lithium battery powder)

All three models support customized anti-static filter cloth, fully grounded hopper and explosion-proof control box after technical negotiation; QVC-3 is preferred for large-volume powder conveying to reduce static accumulation from frequent suction cycles.

Corrosive Acidic Powder (Food additives, chemical pigments)

Standard 304 stainless body can be upgraded to 316L stainless steel for all three models to resist acid corrosion, extending equipment service life.

3. Workshop Installation Space Differentiation

QVC-1: Low vertical height, horizontal layout, suitable for multi-layer stacked production equipment with limited overhead clearance; minor residual material may accumulate on horizontal flanges after long-term operation, requiring weekly disassembly cleaning.

QVC-2: Medium vertical height, compact vertical footprint, four reserved Φ7 base mounting holes for fixed installation above mixers, occupies less horizontal floor space than horizontal large-capacity equipment.

QVC-3: Long segmented vertical structure, requires reserved top space for vacuum generator and backflush components, designed for independent fixed installation on large production racks, not suitable for small equipment stacking layouts.

4. Auxiliary Air Source Matching Reference

Air consumption tier: QVC-1 (180 L/min) < QVC-2 (360 L/min) < QVC-3 (720 L/min). Factories equipped with 0.6 m³/min air compressors can only deploy single QVC-1 or QVC-2 units; multiple QVC-3 machines require matched large air storage tanks to stabilize 0.6–0.8 Mpa working pressure and avoid suction power attenuation from air pressure fluctuation.
