Vibrating Feeder Maintenance Requirements

1. During operation, the amplitude, vibrating motor current, and motor surface temperature should be checked frequently. The feeder should have uniform front-to-back amplitude, without lateral swaying, and the vibrating motor current should be stable. If any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for repair.

2. Lubrication of the vibrating motor bearings is crucial for the normal operation of the entire feeder. During use, the bearings should be regularly lubricated with molybdenum dihydrogen grease, every two months, and monthly during hot seasons. The motor should be disassembled and repaired every six months, and the internal bearings replaced.
