Gyratory Screening Methods
Nov 13, 2025| 1. Rotary Screening: Two layers of screens with the same aperture allow material that has been screened once to be screened again, achieving higher screening accuracy.
2. Reverse Rotary Screening: Material is screened in a fine → medium-fine → medium → coarse manner, with coarse material helping to clean the screen openings.
3. Double-Capacity Screening: Material entering the screen is evenly distributed to two layers, nearly doubling the processing capacity of a single screen, effectively making one screen work as two.
4. Combined Screening: A combination of ordinary screening and rotary screening, increasing the utilization rate of a single screen.
